forward circles- wheel plane
backward circle- wheel plane

 

forward circle (down)- wall plane
backwards circle (up) – wall plane

 

cross over- from forward circles
cross over- from backwards circles

 

cross over from forward with a 1/2 turn

cross over from forward- grab loose end of veil  & follow with non dominant hand.
cross over from forward- grab loose end of veil same hand

 

forward spin – wall plane
sweep behind head (1 of 4 and then alternating) front-back wall plane

practice grabbing loose end with opposite hand

 

horizontal circles- floor plane

horizontal circles floor then up & around you – floor ceiling plane

practice grabbing free end with opposite hand

stalls

wrap around body stall
wrap around body stall with a turn
wrap around body stall with a 3 step turn

sequence moves in a flow
